内容简介

如果说我国过去学习法律英语的主要目的是学习外国的法律制度和法学知识，那么我们现在学习法律英语的目的就必须兼顾向外国人介绍中国的法律制度和法学知识的需要。而且，这项任务肯定会越来越重要。这是中国学生在学习法律英语的时候就应该考虑到的一个现实问题。正是在这个意义上，我认为中国法制出版社的编辑们作了一件很有意义的事情——她们编辑出版的这套《法学双语教学中英对照法规系列》为中国学生在学习法律英语的时候掌握中国法律术语的英文对照词汇提供了一条便捷的路径，而且是一条“双行线”——学生们在学习法律英语的时候同时掌握了双向交流的技能。
