作者简介

  PatrickG.McKeown博士是Terry商学院中排名前10位的管理信息系统系的负责人,自1976年以来,他就一直在Georgia大学。他在Georgia技术学院获得了学士和硕士学位,在ChapelHill的北卡罗莱纳大学获得了博士学位。McKeown已经在管理科学和信息系统领域出版了30多本书籍和将近50篇文章。由于他在非计算机课程中通过计算机项目增强了计算机文化,他于1997年获得了Terry商学院杰出服务奖。McKeown在1998年是葡萄牙的Fulbright学者,他在那里讲授电子商务方面的MBA课程。他还在法国的里昂第三大学芬兰的赫尔辛基经济学院和南非大学的企业领导研究生学院讲过学。
