作者简介

  张志娟山西大学外语系学士,北京师范大学哲学硕士,美国弗吉尼亚大学教育学博士。长期从事外语教学和研究工作,曾发表中文英文文章数十篇,译作一部。博士毕业后在美国American Public University System的教育研究生院任教,教授教育财经、教育多元文化和教育管理学等课程,同时在美国最大的公立学区之一Virginia Beach City Public Schools担任学区唯一的中文教师。曾任美国StarTalk 项目弗吉尼亚州的第一任中文学院院长。2010年6月应中国汉办邀请,作为5P培训项目的五位海外专家之一,回国培训教师,主讲口语教学和教学评估。

内容简介

在综合分析大量相关文献的基础上,本书通过建构结构方程模型,采用有关统计软件进行模型检测和模型调整,探讨了与美国中小学教师工作满意度、教师离职相关的个人因素和组织因素,是了解美国教育、跨文化交际和教师教育领域的专业参考书。
