作者简介

  翁凤翔,男,教授,硕士中国国际商务英语研究会副主任,上海海事大学外国语学院国际商务英语系主任,国际航运(商务)英语研究所所长。国际航运经贸文献翻译硕士生导师,国际商务英语学科带头人,国际商务英语专家组成员,国际商务英语证书考试注册考官。1993年9月至1996年9月在中英浦东高级国际商务英语培训中心(SBET)与英方国际商务专家合作进行国际商务英语教学与研究,2002_2003年在英国伯明翰城市大学(原英格兰中央大学)商学院做访问教授,为该商学院客座教授,在英国期间与剑桥大学考试委员会专家合作进行国际商务英语考试研究,同时兼任国际商务公司国际商务顾问及商务英语翻译顾问,主要从事国际商务、国际航运(商务)英语教学与研究,所任课程主要有:国际商务概论、国际物流英语、国际航运英语、国际商务英语、商务英语翻译等,主编四套18本国际商务、国际商务英语丛书,发表及出版论文,著作近40篇本,其中包括:《商务英语研究》(专著),《国际商务导论》(专著,英文版)、《国际支付》(英文版)、《国际物流精要》(英文版)、《国际商贸实践》(英文版)、《简明商务英语词典》、《当代国际商务英语翻译》(专著),《行家面授剑桥商务英语证书考试》(VCD)等。

内容简介

《国际航运专业英语》有别于目前市场上种类繁多的商务英语书籍。在推出这套教材之前,我们对商务英语图书市场进行了深入的调研与分析。这次调研发现市场上现有的商务英语类书籍多以阅读、写作和听说类为主,选材涉及经济、工商、金融、贸易等,其特点之一是涉及到的专业内容没有系统性和完整性,其二是编写的出发点主要在语言上。当然,市场上也有一些以专业知识为内容的教科书,但它们往往都是零散的,很难满足不同背景读者的不同需要;偶尔上市的这类系列教材,要么系统性不强,要么只重专业知识或只重语言学习,鲜有两者有机结合的。因此,目前读者特别需要一套系统性强、专业知识与语言技能训练兼容、能满足不同读者需要的教材。
