  WU Baiyi is Professor oflntemational Relations and Director-General, Institute of European Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). 自“中国-中东欧国家合作”2012年启动以来,中国和中东欧国家通过举行多个双边的领导人会晤,提升了合作水平。8年当中,以中欧关系和“一带一路”倡议为代领,中国和中东欧国家合作内容不断丰富,以8届峰会形成的纲要和中期合作规划为具体指南,合作持续走向深入,有力地促进了中国与中东欧国家各领域务实合作,作为跨区域合作的典范,“中国-中东欧国家合作”推动了高层互访交流,建立了众多的合作平台,推动了经贸投资高效发展,基建、农业、创新科技、金融服务、地方合作、人文交流等诸多领域取得一系列成果,引起广泛关注。本报告梳理了“中国—中东欧国家合作”建立以来的成果,助力提振各方信心,推动务实合作走向深入。
