《“一带一路”争端解决机制（英文版）》是《“一带一路”争端解决机制》蓝皮书。它汇集了部分“一带一路”沿线国学者对如何解决当下“一带一路”出现的争端进行的思考，体现了沿线国不同文化、传统、法律制度、法律价值、法律思想的交互融合，分为现存争端解决机制、“一带一路”争端解决的机制制定、争端解决程序和规则三部分。它分析了当下出现的三种争端类型、解决方法及不足之处，明确指出建立起如调解、透明等解决机制的重要性，着重强调了申诉／斡旋机制相关程序、调解规则、仲裁规则，并附上仲裁庭、上诉庭成员及调解员行为准则，透明度规则，费用明细表，既有前瞻性，也具有相当强的实用性，对于推进“一带一路”倡议的顺利开展具有重要的指导意义。
