  中华人民共和国自然资源部是根据党的十九届三中全会审议通过的《中央关于深化党和国家机构改革的决定》、《深化党和国家机构改革方案》和第十三届全国人民代表大会次会议批准的《国务院机构改革方案》设立。自然资源部是国务院组成部门,为正部级,对外保留国家海洋局牌子。

内容简介

本标准是“卫星激光测距”系列标准的第二项标准。本标准按照GB/T 1.1—2009给出的规则起草。本标准由中华人民共和国自然资源部提出并归口。本标准起草单位:中国测绘科学研究院、中国科学院上海天文台、山东科技大学、中国矿业大学。卫星激光测距是建立与维持大地基准重要的观测手段,SLR数据处理规范关系到成果的质量和应用。为指导SLR数据处理,生产建立和维持地球参考框架所需的地球自转参数、地心运动、测站坐标及速度等大地基准产品,制定本标准。
