The first saying says that if it is a rainy day, the rain will not end for a while after that day. If it is a clear day, then farmers will have a good crop. The second song says that if it is a clear sky in the morning, people may harvest silk from their silk worms, and if it is a clear sky in the afternoon, then their harvest of silk from the silk worms will be late.
