内容简介

不同于传统的通信运营专业英语教材，针对职业特点，顾琪璋编著的《通信运营与管理专业英语教程》降低了理论难度，强调了其实用性，紧扣“即学即用”的特点，重点突出口语的重要性。教材首先安排了3个预备单元，收录了通信运营专业常用的词汇、表达和简短的职业会话。正文的12个单元中，前10个单元按照通信行业的业务分类讲述，每单元第一部分为理论部分，第二部分采用对话或问答形式；后两个单元为练习或实训单元，选择宽带和移动语音业务进行强化训练。每单元的第三部分为单元知识相关或职业相关的知识，供读者参考。每单元的第一和第二部分都提供了参考的生词表，方便读者学习。每个单元之后安排的练习作为学生的口语会话练习材料，使用时建议采用如下方法：首先阅读、学习材料，理解材料含义；然后参照每单元Part2的方法利用所给材料进行会话练习，两人或多人组成小组，提出问题并从中找出答案。这类练习可以训练学生在实际工作中通过阅读业务材料，与客户沟通时，能对其做详尽介绍和说明，从而提高业务水平。《通信运营与管理专业英语教程》的最后一单元还给出了10篇阅读材料。这些材料主要包含以下三部分内容：（1）中国通信行业和通信公司简介；（2）正文中未涉及的尚未或较少在我国通信行业出现的业务介绍；（3）与外国客户交流中的技巧和知识。《通信运营与管理专业英语教程》适用于通信运营专业学生、电信营业员、电信业务营销员、用户通信终端销售和移动营业员使用，也可供对通信行业感兴趣的读者阅读。希望本书的问世有助于提高广大读者的业务水平，拓展个人职业素质，也希望对我国通信行业的发展有所帮助。
