作者简介

  孙旭华,博士,毕业于澳大利亚南澳大学商学院,现为澳中旅游研究协作中心研究员,国际博物馆协会(ICOM)会员,中国博物馆协会会员,香港理工大学酒店及旅游业管理学院访问学者;在南澳大学执教5年,现就职于南京财经大学工商管理学院;发表多篇英文论文,出版两本英文学术专著;主要研究领域为旅游消费者行为、旅游与酒店市场营销、遗产旅游、中国出境旅游。

内容简介

本书以游客相对稳定的人格特质与不同旅游情境中所产生的情绪反应作为切入点,将大五类人格维度和积极与消极情绪整合成影响游客对目的地整体满意度的前因变量,以中国大陆赴澳大利亚游客为例,采用结构方程建模分析并揭示了游客满意度形成的心理机制。研究结果证实了游客人格和情绪反应对游客满意度的共同影响,情绪反应是游客人格特质与游客满意度之间的充分中介变量,从而进一步拓展了游客满意度的理论模型。这将有助于相关企业制定出更迎合游客人格取向的营销策略。本书可作为旅游管理、公共管理、消费者行为及中国市场等研究方向学者的参考用书,亦适用于高等院校管理专业及英语专业的本科生和研究生,以及旅游从业人员及爱好旅游人士学习与参考。
