　　BFA Academy： Founded in 2001， the BFA Academy is the intellectual arm of BFA. Its functions include： to identifythe theme and sub-topics for the annual conference; to develop and provide economic forecasting on issues consistent with the goals and policies of BFA; to provide intellectual resources for BFA conferences， seminars， and workshops; to provide human resource development programs for members and other partners of BFA; to establish a virtual network and a clearing house for other research and training institutes in Asia and elsewhere.AFCA： Asian Financial Cooperation Association （Hereinafter referred to as “AFCA”） was founded in July 2017.

本报告由普惠金融概述、发展现状与挑战、实践案例与可借鉴经验、展望与建议等四部分组成。*章，总结梳理普惠金融概念与体系，发展历程、目标和原则，初步搭建普惠金融理论框架；第二章，结合亚洲地域辽阔、国家与人口众多、资源禀赋差异大、经济金融发展水平参差不齐、普惠金融发展现状各不相同的特点，研究和总结亚洲各国普惠金融发展现状与成果、面临的风险与挑战；第三章，重点整理亚洲普惠金融实践案例与可借鉴经验；第四章，展望亚洲普惠金融发展趋势，提出有利于亚洲普惠金融可持续发展相关建议。本报告选定亚洲区域代表性经济体──中国、日本、韩国、马来西亚、孟加拉国、印度、沙特阿拉伯、巴基斯坦、蒙古、老挝、柬埔寨、哈萨克斯坦等十二个国家为重点研究对象，在做好国别研究的基础上，总结分析各国发展模式的共性与差异，通过展现丰富详实的实践案例与可借鉴经验，为亚洲普惠金融均衡、包容、可持续发展提供有力支撑。
