　　Alexander L. Shifrin，医学博士，美国新泽西州海王星城泽西海岸大学医疗中心外科L. Daniel Neistadt，医学博士，美国纽约莱诺克斯山放射学会Pritinder K. Thind，医学博士，美国新泽西州海王星城泽西海岸大学医疗中心放射科学沈志森，主任医师，二级岗位教授，国务院特殊津贴专家，甬城十大名医，宁波市优秀学科带头人；中科院及宁大博导、浙大兼职硕导、宁大硕导；现任宁波市耳鼻咽喉疾病诊疗中心主任、宁大耳鼻咽喉科博士点及硕士学位点负责人、宁大耳鼻咽喉科学教研室主任；中国中西医结合耳鼻咽喉科学会常委、中国抗癌协会肿瘤整形学会常委、省医学会耳鼻咽喉科专业学会副主委、省中西医结合学会耳鼻喉科分会副主委、市医学会耳鼻咽喉科专业学会主委；从事耳鼻咽喉头颈外科专业30余年，年均手术量约1000台左右，率先开展双侧人工耳蜗同时植入治疗神经耳聋、舌瓣重建下咽、面神经及耳鼻相关的颅底外科、听力重建和睡眠呼吸暂停手术治疗等。先后主持省市课题12项，新获2025重大科技专项1项。获省市科技奖17项，以第一作者或通信作者发表SCI论文36篇，影响因子合计约86.665，授权国家发明专利6项。主译著作《慢性中耳炎》《中耳临床解剖》等。培养博士3名、硕士28名。
