朱伟东，河南省汝南县人，法学博士，中国非洲研究院、中国社会科学院西亚非洲研究所研究员、博士生导师，中国社会科学院首届领军人才。自2008年起，他先后在剑桥大学法学院进行博士后研究，在首尔国立大学法学院任访问研究员；曾被评为湖南省青年骨干教师、湖南省121人才工程第三层次人选、国务院政府特殊津贴专家。朱伟东在国内外出版社出版非洲法方面的专著、译著8部，在《西亚非洲》、Journal of African Law， Penant， Journal of South African Law， Journal of Private International Law， Yearbook of Private International Law， Journal of International Arbitration等国内外报刊发表各类文章200多篇。他还主持非洲法方面的国家社科课题3项，外交部中非联合计划课题2项；他还是中国国际私法学会常务理事，中国民族法学研究会理事，中国非洲史学会理事，中国亚非学会理事，英国Cambridge Journal of China Studies杂志编委，南非Journal of Law， Society and Development杂志国际顾问委员会委员，南部非洲仲裁基金（南非）、上海国际仲裁中心等国内外多家仲裁机构仲裁员，兼职律师。王琼，女，河南商丘人。中国人民大学法学院法学博士，中国社会科学院法学研究所法学博士后。现为中国非洲研究院、中国社会科学院西亚非洲研究所副研究员，从事中东非洲政治、中东非洲法律、中东非洲热点问题与国际法研究。在《中国司法》《人民司法》《法学杂志》《人民论坛》《西亚非洲》《阿拉伯世界研究》《学术探索》《当代世界》等学术期刊上发表论文60多篇。她已出版个人专著、合著多部。主要著作有：《西亚非洲法制》（法律出版社2013年版）、《罚金刑实证研究》（法律出版社2009年版）、《法官自由裁量权之法理分析》（2012年版，合著）。此外，她还任北京交通大学重组与兼并研究中心研究员，中国—中东法律研究中心研究员等，并从事兼职律师工作。王婷，女，海南省海口市人，2014年和2017年先后在北京工商大学获得文学学士学位和法学硕士学位，目前在中国社会科学院研究生院攻读法学博士学位。王婷的主要研究方向是非洲法、非洲国际关系，已在《现代管理科学》《国际商报》和Cambr...

Bilateral trade between China and Africa has developed rapidly in recent years.Since 2009， China has been Africa's largest trading partner for 10 consecutive years.ln his keynote speech at the opening ceremony of 2018 Beijing Summit of Forum on China-Africa Cooperation （FOCAC）， President Xi Jinping made it clear that the building of the Belt and Road Initiative should align with the development strategies of African countries and build a closer China-Africa community with a shared future. To this end，he proposed that China should work closely with African countries in the next 3 years and beyond to implement the Eight Major Initiatives.
