Stone of Qi's Mother can still be found today at the foot of Mount Song's Ten Thousand Years Peak of the Great Room (Taishi). In antiquity, wives were also known as "rooms" (shi). Her effort to apotheosize these sisters began in earnest during the final years of her husband Gaozong's life.
